The Award & Mode of Study
This is a two-year part-time clinically-based programme leading to the award of a Master of Nursing degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Programme Description
This programme aims to equip graduate nurses with the knowledge and competencies to incorporate theories and concepts of nursing science and the leadership and management skills into advanced nursing practice in a clinical specialty. The programme puts an emphasis on facilitating students to acquire and enhance evidence-based knowledge, advanced clinical skills and management and leadership skills. It also prepares students to pursue nursing career advancement or postgraduate studies at the doctoral level.

General Requirements
- 
                    
						Have a bachelor's degree, normally with honours not lower than Second Class, or graduated from a recognised Bachelor of Nursing programme with an average grade of not lower than “B”; and 
- 
                    
						Be a registered nurse; and 
- 
                    
						Fulfil the English Language and other requirements stipulated by the Graduate School of CUHK (please visit https://www.gs.cuhk.edu.hk/admissions/admissions/requirements/ for details); and 
- 
                    
						Attend an admission interview (if necessary).

HK$5,700 per unit (subject to the University’s approval)

Being a prestigious masters in nursing programme in Asia, our MNurs programe is designed to help students in:
 	- Applying for the Voluntary Scheme on Advanced and Specialised Nursing Practice of the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
