We’re already halfway through 2025—let’s take a moment to reflect on our recent progress.

Two of our research projects aimed at enhancing mental health resilience have reached significant milestones. First, “Age with Good Mood”, a medical-social collaboration programme supporting older adults living alone, concluded with a heartfelt sharing and closing ceremony, showcasing the potential of this service model. Meanwhile, our Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) team successfully hosted the inaugural ACT Forum in Hong Kong.
